Dr. Carmona, the Nation’s Chief Physician urged Americans to test their homes to find out how much radon they might be breathing. He also stressed the need to remedy the problem as soon as possible.

Well Water Services

Well Water Analysis including testing for impurities and sampling to analyze the quality. Result vary, treatment options may be recommend for certain results.
We offer well water testing for Coliform Bacteria & Nitrate Nitrogen or well water testing for Lead, Copper, Arsenic, both can be done with or without home inspection.

Thermal imaging inspections can easily help isolate the source of thermal anomalies. It can detect the presence or absences of heat with could be the result of inefficient insulation, leaking roofs or pipes, condensation buildup in wall or ceilings. These issues can be detected early on with thermal imaging inspection to prevent time consuming searches to isolate the source.

Moisture Intrusion

A year-round issue that can occer is moisture intrusion. The presence of unsafe amounts of moisture in a homes, offices, any building could cause accidents, damage to building materials, or the growth of mold. It is recommended to have this inspected to prevent damage.
